Help offset Evanston Township High School's paper usage by requesting a tree to be planted in your yard

Our Goals

Tree-Duce, Tree-Use, Tree-Cycle

We have teamed up with Tree-Plenish as Evanston Township High School (ETHS) students to plant as many trees as we can to make up for our paper usage.  Our event will be held on April 24th 2021. Our goal is to plant 280 trees in the yards of our community but the more the better.  In general a single tree creates 10,000 pieces of paper, so by planting 280 trees we would be replenishing 2.8 million sheets of paper which is about half of the paper ETHS uses. During the event we will be following CDC guidelines.  Masks will be required and will be following social distancing guidelines.

We are passionate about affecting change in our local community and want to do our part to build a more sustainable future. To reach our goal, we are relying on you to request a tree to be planted in your yard! Each tree costs $4.30 and you can choose the number and type of trees that you would like.
